US, US Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii Orders: 

All continental US packages are shipped by our chosen carriers, UPS and USPS. Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days) and Priority Mail Express (1-2 Business Days) are shipped via USPS. For Next Day Air, it is shipped via UPS. Note, Next Day Shipping Service requires a signature for release. Standard shipping options are delivered by USPS. All orders placed on Friday after 5:00 PM CST will be shipped the following Monday.

Subtle Lashes, LLC, is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Priority and Express shipping options. If you are concerned that your package may be lost or damaged please contact info@subtlelashes.com within 7 days from the last scanned date. All issues must be resolved within 14 business days of original contact.

Undeliverable addresses include incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. Subtle Lashes, LLC, is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to the sender. Subtle Lashes, LLC, has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipment regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.

International Orders:

All international standard and priority chosen shipping options are shipped by UPS and are delivered by the destination's local postal service. Subtle Lashes, LLC, is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Express shipping options.
