The health and safety of our employees and customers remain our top priority. With the COVID-19 virus having unprecedented impacts on our society and keeping millions at home for the foreseeable future, we are stepping up in following the guidelines in sanitary protocols in concerns to shipment orders. With the customer service team and employees working from home, we are doing our part in practicing social distancing to prevent the spread of the infection. We are taking the necessary measures to ensure the safety of our employees by practicing frequent hand-washing, social distancing, and pausing all non-essential work travel.

Processing and Shipping

Standard processing time on average is around 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), however, due to this unfortunate circumstance regarding COVID-19 the processing time may be extended as there are continuous changes with the pandemic that may affect shipping times with delivery carriers. We appreciate your understanding and patience in regards to the delays that you may be experiencing with your order.

The Subtle Lashes team is taking extra precautions in regards to handling packages and is equipped with the appropriate disinfectant wipes to sanitize work stations. In addition, all employees are required to wear gloves when handling any products or packages.
